Our health professionals are committed to protecting this information so that the client can benefit from a safe relationship in which to accomplish a viable assessment. Our Mental Health Professionals are committed not to disclosing such personal information to others unless they are explicitly authorised to do so, or unless s/he is required by law to do so. A consent form from the client is always sought and secured prior to any assessment.
Complaint procedures: It is our aim to provide the best possible service for our clients. We wish to deal with any complaints and concerns as fairly and as promptly as possible.
