A consent form from the client is always sought and secured prior to any assessment.

 

Complaint procedures: It is our aim to provide the best possible service for our clients. We wish to deal with any complaints and concerns as fairly and as promptly as possible. You will be given a complaints form to complete and a copy of our complaints policy or you may wish to make an appointment with the Practice Manager to discuss your complaint.
